How Long Will it Take for My Order to be Delivered?

All orders will be lodged at an AusPost post office the day after your order is received. In some cases for orders received prior to 11.00am Adelaide time the order may be shipped that same day. The following are transit times indicated by Australia Post, for more details please visit Australia Post website;
Australian Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 days
Australian Express Shipping: 1 to 2 days
New Zealand Standard Shipping 3 to 10 days
New Zealand Express Shipping 2 to 4 days

How Much is Shipping?

Within Australia:
Orders over $65.00: Free standard shipping within Australia.
Orders under $65.00: Shipping cost can vary by weight - the cost of standard shipping of your order will be clearly indicated at the checkout prior to committing to placing the order.
Express shipping: flat rate cost of $8.90

To New Zealand:
Standard shipping: 3 to 10 days - $15.20
Express shipping: 2 to 4 days - $34.95

What If I Am Not Home When My Parcel Is To Be Delivered?

If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, the Australia Post courier will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery at your convenience. We will provide a tracking number to you via email the day your order is dispatched so that you know where your parcel is at all times ( Please note delivery to PO Boxes are not able to have tracking). Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team via email at sales@cliponearrings.net.au

What Payment Methods Are Available?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal payment for all online purchases.

When Will I Receive a Confirmation That My Order Has Been Processed?

Order confirmations are emailed to your email address automatically within a few minutes of order placement. We suggest that if you do not see a confirmation email from us in your inbox within an hour or so that you check your junk email folder. If after checking your junk email folder you have not received an online order confirmation, please contact customer service via email at sales@cliponearrings.net.au with your order reference number available. The reason for this could possibly be because you have inadvertantly incorrectly entered your email address.

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking I.D.s are allocated to all orders when they are dispatched. The tracking I.D. will be emailed to you late on the day of dispatch so that you have it for reference if required.

Can I Return My Purchase for an Exchange or Refund?

ClipOnEarrings.net.au accepts returns for a refund or exchange. If you would like to return your item/s to us please email customer service at sales@cliponearrings.net.au with your original order reference number. Our customer service team will respond to you within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorisation number (RA).
ClipOnEarrings.net.au will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
ClipOnEarrings.net.au will exchange or refund items only within 30 days of ship date of your order.
Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by ClipOnEarrings.net.au, to ensure the items are in re-saleable condition, i.e. they are not damaged in any way.
The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges, both ways, are NOT refundable.
Due to health regulations pierced style earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
ClipOnEarrings.net.au cannot guarantee availability of exchange items and will offer a refund in this instance.

How Can I Return or Exchange Items I Have Received?

How Should I Care For My Earrings?

Care for your earrings as you would any jewellery that you value. Generally simply wiping with a soft dry cloth after each wear and place in a cool dry place, typically a drawer or jewellery box is ideal rather than on top of a vanity where sunlight can cause deterioration. It is advisable not to use chemical jewellery cleaners of the dipping type, polishing cloths are acceptable for Sterling Silver jewellery. Because chemicals in things like perfume, hairspray, chlorine and saltwater have a tendancy to discolour pearls and enamel as well as tarnish the metal it is always advisable to put your jewellery on after your makeup, perfume and hairspray for the perfect finishing touch.

What if My Product has a Fault? - is there a Guarantee?

All products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against any faulty workmanship or materials. Simply contact our customer service via email to organise the return of product to us. Once received we will be assess the product to determine if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.

What Would Be Considered As Personal Wear and Tear vs Faulty Product?

Wear and tear is usually anything which is caused by general use of the product over time. An example would be slight changes in the plating colours over a period of time due to oxidation from chemicals and/or excessive sunlight and the effect of skin oils on the plating surface. Effects of wear and tear are usually irreversible therefore we recommend that you follow normal care instructions.
